Joe Symes and the Loving Kind are a three-piece power trio from Liverpool, UK.
With two albums, a standalone single, and several EPs released so far, their catchy up-tempo rock/pop songs have gained them exposure all over the world, with magazine interviews/reviews, and radio airplay/sessions taking place in the U.S.A, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Italy, and Germany to name several locations.
The band now return after taking a break following their two-and-a-half-year tour across the UK and parts of Europe in promotion of their critically acclaimed second album Phase II: an album that gained airplay on radio stations all over the world and UK, as well as reviews, magazine interviews, and endorsed by celebrities from the world of show business globally.Taking to the stage of Jimmy’s, Liverpool this July, they are now back promoting their upcoming four track EP.

Marks new single ‘Read Between The Lines’ is due for release on 16th April 2021. Recorded at Eggman studio – Glasgow, he teams up with the guys behind his 2019 live album Live & Unhinged for a full band track and his latest since releasing “Sign of the Times EP” in September 2020.
Mark served his time as frontman and songwriter of The Beat Movement, touring up and down the country playing various festivals and in some of the best venues and clubs in the UK such as Liverpool’s Cavern Club, Manchester’s Sound Control and Glasgow’s King Tuts. In 2016, Mark and TBM went on tour in Italy which was filmed by Pat McGuire (@pmgphotog) to create a feature length on-tour rockumentary (find The Beat Movement – Italian Job Tour on youtube). While The Beat Movement spent some time on a hiatus, Mark and Chris joined up with 2/3 of The Blue Lenas to create Kartel, who released a self titled EP in 2017 before burning out in different directions.
Lately, Mark has been focusing more on his solo career and after releasing his debut solo album in December 2019, his latest solo EP with his band was released in September 2020.
