‘From Miles Davis and The Dave Brubeck Quartet, to Elvis Presley and The Beatles, from Bill Withers to Neil Diamond, I enjoy playing a wide range of 20th century music. Being raised on Northern Soul, Motown and Blues, soulful music is where my roots lie. My interest in Jazz formed early on in my childhood, I then spent a good part of my early adolescence discovering artists such at Cab Calloway and Nina Simone. Exploring music through the piano has always been my greatest outlet in life. Not only allowing me to express my self where words failed me, but also to find new passions in the music world, to pick up new instruments and form life long friendships along the way. Playing at Jimmy’s is a very gratifying experience and I hope you get as much pleasure out of my music, as I do playing it.’
