Drawing inspiration from the likes of The Strokes, Kings of Leon and The Vaccines, Southampton-based The Manatees infuse relatable lyrics with driving rhythms and infectious melodies. Their previous single ‘What If’ received support from Huw Stephens (BBC Radio 1), Steve Lamacq and Chris Hawkins (BBC 6 Music), John Kennedy (Radio X) and Spotify (‘Hot New Bands’, ‘Student Union’).
